Better tip: Make smoothie bags! Prep all the ingredients beforehand and put in individual freezer bags. Place all the bags you prep in the freezer and use as needed! You can either take out a smoothie bag and place in the fridge the night before you go to bed, to let it slowly thaw, or use right from the freezer the morning of. If you opt for putting them in the fridge the night before, the next morning they’re be a little softer and easier to blend. It makes it all the more easier to have the ingredients already measured out and ready to go.
To add a little extra protein, add a scoop of vanilla/chocolate (your choice) whey powder to any smoothie recipe you like. It will help to curb hunger later!
