5 Things You Can Do to Naturally Improve Cellulite

In order to treat cellulite, we need to understand what it is and why it’s there. It’s a build up of fat, water and toxins in the connective tissue under the skin. It stimulates your lymphatic system which will pick up toxins and transport them to your excretory system where you will eliminate them from the body.

Drinks lots of water to flush your system and get those toxins moving. Your lymphatic system will once again pick them up and eliminate them from the body. Water is extremely important and necessary for our bodies to function properly so you should always be drinking lots of water regardless!

Focus on your Diet

Cut back on processed or fast foods as well as alcohol and cigarettes.  Eat more whole foods like vegetables and fruits. When you fuel your body with healthy foods, you will not only feel better but you will start to see weight loss and your cellulite will start to disappear.

Exercise & Self Wellness

Increase your circulation so the fat deposits can be redistributed and broken up. Running, walking and biking are great exercises to stimulate blood flow. Also, receiving frequent spa treatments such as massages, wraps and scrubs are great ways to detoxify and purify the body.
